Simply Passionate Life is a lifestyle brand and wellness platform for moms on a mission to build generational health. We are a budding community of moms that intentionally aspire to redefine the standard of wellness in motherhood and become pillars of joy in our homes.

Through books, programs, and events, we aim to educate moms on how to L.I.F.T themselves first in order to create a ripple effect in the health of their families!. Her mission is to train moms on how to LIGHTEN their load, IGNITE their spark, and embrace a FREEDOM mindset, so they can finally TAKE their turn in their own lives and build generational health.

About Precious
Precious K. Williams is a wellness coach and motivational speaker based in metropolitan Atlanta who supports any mom on a mission to create generational health by teaching her ways to prioritize her health first; through personalized group coaching and courses.
Her life's work thus far has been establishing "Simply Passionate Life" (SPL), a lifestyle brand and wellness platform for moms. As the daughter of two Ghanaian immigrants, Precious has been highly influenced by the value of legacy-minded living.
She’s also witnessed the effects that working long hours, with rare self-care breaks, has on the health and wellness of women in her family through the years. With Simply Passionate Life, Precious educates moms on how to L.I.F.T themselves first to create a ripple effect in the health of their families! Her mission is to train moms on how to LIGHTEN their load, IGNITE their spark, and embrace a FREEDOM mindset, so they can finally TAKE their turn in their own lives and build generational health.
Precious earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science at Howard University and a Master’s Degree in Counseling at Georgia State University. As a result, she is extremely passionate about education and holistic health promotion. She enjoys kickboxing, writing, and serving alongside her husband at their church. With her experience as a loving mom of three and faithful wife of one, Precious coaches her clients and audience generational health starts with you, "You can’t afford to put off your health another day; it’s mom’s turn!"
Simply Passionate Life (SPL) started out of a deep desire to see more people enjoy the simple moments in life, rather than focusing solely on the tangible landmarks. The ambition of western culture lends to a focus on professional promotions, social advancement, financial gain, relationship status and physical appearance. After watching others only lose loved ones suddenly, but begin to lose hope in the face of life's fleeting security, it became very apparent that there was a need for this message and brand.
Between the months of July and November of 2016, our founder witnessed repetitive loss and despair in her close circle and within the justice system. Distinctly she declared "WE NEED POSITIVITY"! It became apparent that many people miss the beauty of the current moment waiting for specific life events to occur, however "trust the process" doesn't provide practical advice for contentment. As a working mom of three and a faithful wife of one, there had to be a creative means to spread this message. It was then that Simply Passionate Life was born.
